Been doin' more grillin' than racin' lately......poor old Nova still sittin' due to finances! Gonna have to try some of THESE recipies to keep it interesting! All suggestions welcome! Have a good one, guys and gals!!!!

That marinade sounds good, have to give it a try sometime. My simplest recipe is Dad's steak sauce, just ketchup, white vinegar and salt to taste, maybe seasoning salt if that's your thing. Coat& soak overnite then let the grill do its thing. Man that's makin' me hungry!

I forgot to add.... you need to slice the eggplant on the thinner side then place on the grill. I would hope you guy's wouldnt throw it on the grill whole!! lol!!!!!

Ok ready?? One of CC's specialty's on the grill~ Grilled eggplant!
Drizzle olive oil onto the eggplant and season with a seasoning called grillmate!
Place the eggplant on your grill watching it carefully because it can burn due to the olive oil on the grill. This is absolutely delicious if you enjoy eggplant!
I have also melted shreaded cheese on them but it's not needed.
