Are you geting full thottle from your linkage?

What did you change about the motor?

How much weight did the cage add to your car?

100 lbs = to -- 1:10 th.

Same motor and unimportant parts replaced so it is likely a simple overlook. I would start with that fancy timing gear you bought. Tie a dollar to it and throw it in the street. Someone might pick it up....... maybe. Comp cams makes it affordable to run a belt. Do it. Set that shit straight up (for now)

NOTHING WENT OVER MY HEAD I AM THE MECHANIC AND A DAMN GOOD ONE AND DONT FORGET WE BEEN ON THE TRACK BEFORE IT COULD HAVE WENT EITHER WAY SAME WITH CALVIN BUT YOU KNOW WE ALL HAVE OUR TIME WHEN THE STARS ALIGHN, IAM JUST OFF A LITTLE AND LOW ON CASH. IT COST MONEY TO GO FAST AS YOU KNOW. SO GIVE ME SOME TIME ILL BE BACK ABOUT THE TIME YOU AND CALVIN HAVE YOUR CARS ALL DIALED IN. AND THEN WE CAN HAVE SOME FUN I HOPE.
